Cancellations will be credited to the customer's wallet balance, which can be used toward a future session.

Within 24 hours of the session

No refunds, credits, or reschedules are permitted.

Party Room & Team Events

48h

Minimum 48 hours' notice required

Any cancellations or major schedule changes for party room rentals or team events must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive an account credit.
